Speakers and Posters Information
LECTURES The lectures should be prepared as Microsoft Office Powerpoint (2003) files. The participants are cordially asked to install their files from CD or other removable disks to the computers provided by the organizers. Further information about the installation will be available at the Registration Desk and/or in the Conference Package. Alternatively, you may send your files via e-mail: isabc10@dragon.unideb.hu Overhead projectors will also be available in the Lecture Halls. Length of time allocated for different types of lectures: Plenary lectures (L1 - L8): 45 minutes (no discussion) Session lectures (S1 - S18): 25 minutes (+ 5 minutes for discussion) Short oral presentations (O1 - O45): 15 minutes (+ 5 minutes for discussion) POSTERS Posters will be on display throughout the Conference (from Friday evening to Monday evening). The preferred size of posters: 90 cm x 120 cm (width x height) Please do not exceed 95 cm in width. All materials to fix posters will be provided by the organizers. |
